PQi® Certified Practitioner Program
About the Program
The PQi® Practitioner Certification Program is a comprehensive training program that enables practitioners to have a unique, evidence-based, proprietary training system that they can bring to clients. The program prepares individuals to offer and interpret the PQi Psychometric Assessment and teach PQi workshops.
This program is taught by Senior Certified Facilitators who provide continuous support, coaching, and feedback throughout the program for up to one year following completion of the program. Individuals enrolled in the program receive:

Criteria
Required:

Passionate about championing the transformative power of PQi for individuals and groups.

Education – Bachelor’s degree or higher formal education in leadership, psychology, communication, and/or business.

Experience - Showcasing a rich background in leadership roles, with a particular emphasis on executive-level involvement.

Experience - Proficient in the art of facilitating, educating, and training diverse groups with finesse and enthusiasm.

Management - Season in guiding and supervising both individuals and teams to achieve outstanding results through effective leadership

Timeline and Format
This program is offered virtually 2 times per year. Participants complete the coursework over 6 weekly sessions.
Certification requires participants to submit a recorded session of a practice cohort after the coursework has been completed.
